Footprint

Mountain Hardwear Lightpath 3 Footprint PL

Rating for this product: 5 March 24, 2008

I'll dispense with the usual corny introductory line and get straight down to business...this footprint is made for the associated Mountain Hardwear Lightpath 3 tent. Both the tent and footprint are excellent quality products. The footprint is very light and folds into a very manageable size (something like a 10" by 14" by 1/3" rectangle which can be further rolled/folded to fit your needs). It isn't particularly thick (it isn't a tarp) but it is durable and does a good job of protecting my tent. It can also be used with just the rain fly to create a light package for camping/hiking lighter etc. I would buy it again in order to keep my tent in good shape, dry, etc.

Smudge Busters

Smith Smudge Buster

Rating for this product: 5 March 22, 2008

They bust smudges-typical of this kind of product. They are relatively inexpensive, washable, and come in their own pouch which fits well into my sunglasses glass (which is typical size). I would buy them again.

Case Review

Smith Sunglass Case

Rating for this product: 4 March 22, 2008

Unfortunately, the case I received was not the same one pictured here (I believe you can order one of two cases, this is the one not pictured). However, it is a hard case with a soft interior and a few internal pockets like I wanted. It has a zip access up the side of the case, appears durable. It isn't a hard case in the truest sense of the word but a reinforced rip stop nylon type construction (internally buttressed with hard inserts). Works well and protects my glasses!
