Shorts that fit me
ZOIC Private Reserve Bike Short - Men's
June 25, 2008
I'm fat and these shorts fit great, no one, even me, wants to see me in stretchies. Most other brands run really small and stop short of the high end of the size spectrum, I guess fat people aren't supposed to exercise.. These have a good number of functional pockets, I hate things in the hip pockets while riding, so the cargo pockets are great. Longer legs on the shorts keep the sun off the upper half of my legs and limit burning. The liner can come out to be washed separately which is good for longevity. I find the chamois to be of good thickness to facilitate extended riding and the thickness of the overshorts is perfect for long life while still being light enough to keep from letting heat build up. Overall good design and great value.

It fits just right
Serfas Expandable Saddle Bag
June 25, 2008
The size of this bag is perfect for a multitool, your wallet, and keys, all before you expand it. Attaching this bag is quicker than getting your bike in the back of your truck. Like the other reviewer, I can also fit a light underneath the bag on the seat post (required in my locale for night riding). The strap for mounting loops under the bag for extra support and there's an insert that keeps the shape of the bottom of the bag so loading things in is easy. The bottom of the bag is coated so mud flung up doesn't soak what's inside. There's also a little reflective strip on the back, which isn't a huge deal but it's a nice indicator of the thought put into the design of this bag. There's also a small compartment on the lid of the main compartment that should hold a few bills or a small set of keys. I think this is great bag, even more so given the good price.

Fit Great, Function Nicely
Fox Racing Digit Bike Glove - Men's
June 25, 2008
These gloves have fingers that are the same length as mine, the pinky and forefinger are significantly shorter than the middle and ring, rather than the tiny variation in many other gloves. The seams inside are comfy and smooth. The fabric is stretchy, so they conform well to your hand and there's no slack or stiffness hindering manipulation. The padding is significant, yet not bulky. They absorb vibration, but leave you good dexterity. They're not armored like a downhill gloves, but should protect in the crashes encountered in cross country riding, as in mild impact with abrasion rather than hard impact. Another cross country benefit is that they breath well. I like 'em and the brown ones that I ordered look great.

Answer to: "What is the length of this bag from front to back when it hangs..."
Serfas Expandable Saddle Bag
May 22, 2008
7.5 inches overall, and the top corner nearest the seat post is rounded to accommodate the curvature of the bottom of the seat the length from the end of that curve to the end of the bag is 6 inches.
