Works For Me
Big Agnes Sunnyside 2-Person 3-Season with Footprint
June 26, 2008
Bought one in March 2007. I've spent a total of 10 nights in it. My first thunderstorm wasn't a good experience, but Big Agnes replaced the rain fly (good experience with Customer Service). I've been in rain since with no problems. It's well ventilated, roomy for larger folks. I'm 6'3" and the length is fine. I bring my pack in and have plenty of room with my 25"X78" Thermarest. On two occasions I've had a hiking partner inside with no problems. You just need to buy a couple of extra stakes for the ends of the rain fly.

Does What It Should
Polar Pak Bode Hydration Pack - 70 oz
March 29, 2008
It carries 2 liters, my wallet in the zip pocket, and a flannel shirt and some power bars cinched down under the bungee. On overnighters, I've carried it under the lid of my Bora 80. And of course, I've taken the bladder out of it and used it in the hydration sleeve of my Bora 80. Works good either way. It's served its purpose as far as I'm concerned.

Light, Packs Small, Knocks the Wind Off
The North Face Venture Jacket - Men's

I haven't actually used it in a downpour, but in a misty windy evening it kept the drizzle out, and the wind too. It folds into the left pocket, it's light, and it packs up pretty small.
