When you go to form them, unless you are using them in ski boots that have already packed out to mold them with the socks you are going to wear with the boot, they tend to get pretty thick once they shrink length wise, and now my foot is jammed against the laces, other than that comfortable (with the right sock) insole

Headlamp is light, bright and easy to find. Have used it in the backcountry, the backyard and under the hood, and as expected it performs like a champ. The find me feature is awesome. I recommend purchasing a Black Diamond Search Light Bulb (the white base bulb) then you have the illumination of the top of the line headlamp. However battery life is limited on the brightest setting but its worth it. Best used with rechargable batteries.
