The biggest thing I notice with these trail running shoes is the traction, it is awesome. I find myself trying to find places that I normally could not run up and these don't skip a beat due to their "Isomorphic Suspension". They have a roomy toe box but you can tighten it up with the laces no problem. They also come with a set of customizeable insoles to better fit whether you over/under pronate. They are also very light and provide a spring-like response with plenty of cushion. Great, great aggressive trail running shoes...I will buy again.

I bought these as a recommendation from another runner and I am very pleased with them. They are very lightweight, dry quickly, and work great on trail runs.....great shorts, I would recommend them.

I had a hard time finding KAVU products locally, thankfully this site has a great selection! I got these for casual wear and working around the house...Thus far I have put in a flagstone patio and 130' split rail fence while wearing these great shorts and they still look as good as new! They fit true to size and have ample pocket space without the bulk. The fabric is durable and the built in belt is slim and adjustable. These are great shorts!

Okay, if you are looking for a lightweight and stable trail shoe for running fast on a variety of trail conditions, this is a great shoe. The orange highlights provide warning to people as you come barreling down the trails...Straight out of the box, I ran a 20 mile trail run with no problems. These shoes are cushioned with a springy feel to them. Pearl Izumi has been a long respected brand in cycling and I was very pleased that they ventured into the running sector. The seamless "race slipper" they they use makes me wonder why more companies don't do the same thing. The shoe is well constructed and you can tell they have put much thought into each aspect; the toe cap is perfect for protecting from rocks, the lacing system is solid, the sole has got strong traction with mud shedding properties, and the shoe has got great reflective highlights for runs at night. Ditto to the previous reviews about these shorts. The inner brief is SNUG! Otherwise, they are well made, dry quickly, and have good ventilation due to the vent flaps.

This is a great hydration pack. I use it for runs up to 4 hours long. It has enough capacity to hold keys, cell, food, gel, etc...The side pockets are great for accessing gel while you are running. The bite valve has a magnet that snaps back onto the sternum strap -that was a great design idea. Adjusts well on the fly. It does "slosh" around a bit when you run but it's not bad. I would recommend it.
