K2 Lotta Luv Alpine Ski - Women's w/ Marker M1 Piston 11.0 TC Binding
February 21, 2008
I have been delighted by this ski on groomers! They are hero skis - making me feel like I can turn like back in the day when I was racing. They handle crud and speed well, but their calling is seeking the ultimate carve. Not recommended for pow or those seeking a primarily off-piste ski. Enjoy!

Beware if you have boobs...
Ortovox D3 Avalanche Beacon
February 28, 2007
As easy to use as this beacon is, I am having a tough time finding a place to settle it where it is not either impeding my motion or uncomfortable on my breasts... If there is a beacon with a different strap system I might reccomend that to other well-endowed ladies out there.

Sizing is SMALL
Black Diamond Diva Harness - Women's
February 28, 2007
Hi Ladies! I just got this harness is the mail today... so I can't really tell you how it works, but I can tell you to order a size or two bigger. I am a pretty universal size 8- you know, occasionally a 6, occasionally a 10... and the size 8, well, I barely sneak into it. I am returning it to get a bigger size- thought I would save you the time! Cheers & Happy Climbing!

Easy to use & seemingly sturdy
Naxo Prinzzess Alpine Touring Binding
February 28, 2007
Hey out there! I am a brand new backcountry skier (grew up on the East Coast where powder is... what is powder?) I have really enjoyed learning and got the bindings as soon as someone explained them to me. I am not exactly gentle with my equipment and have had no problems what so ever. Keep the storms coming! Cheers!
