I ordered this for my daughter. I received the coat right away and absolutely love it. The only complaint is that it really doesn't look like it did in the pic. The inner lining appeared gray on the pic and once received, it was light brown...which my daughter hates! So, I'm going to have to return it for a different color after Christmas. She'll be extremely disappointed.

I was able to return a ski coat and assured I can expect the new coat to arrive before Christmas! This was so easy and these guys were incredibly accommodating. Kudos to you, Orson! There will be peace, at least in this house, for Christmas!!!
