Outdoor Research Flex-Tex Gaiter

I saw in a magazine (outside, perhaps), that someone does a high-quality pair of strap replacements for these gaiters - the replacement is a rubber strap, instead of the stretchy nylon these ship with. Anyone know who makes those?

These tights provide good support for the muscles and tendons; 5 miles goes down like 1 or 2. wonderful
