I live in Pennsylvania, and I basically sweat my #$% off whenever I don this jacket. On top of that, I'm totally dry from the waist up, which is nice, especially when I'm in one of those nasty, almost 30-degree rain storms that stings from the high wind chill and all...I'm about 6'1" with a really long torso and thin. I was worried about ordering the large size, but I find that it fits me great at the waist length and doesn't come up short at the wrists. The hood is huge but is fully adjustable if you're really layered, so it doesn't mess with your vision either way (I ride my bike with it on a lot). And it's not bulky or puffy...
