Black Diamond Quantum Backpack - 2746-3967cu in

I had a problem with this pack. I have 2 Black Diamond packs that I use constantly so I had confidence buying the Quantum. While the pack is light I found it to be very uncomfortable. The shoulder straps and waste belt cut into me. I may have overloaded it a bit, but still the materials that the straps were made of was very unforgiving. The pack is made of a light-weight crisp plasticky material which will wear at any point that touches rock, etc.
