For fit, quality construction, comfort, and traction, the Vasque Velocity can’t be beat. It is the only trail running shoe that can withstand the punishing terrain I regularly push through. After using them for a few weeks, I started looking for a back-up. I am hard to fit, so I tried out numerous models and brands, spoke with manufactures, drove over a hundred miles to find the right pair. Fearing that this model of the Velocity had already been discontinued, I bought a pair, then another when I saw that this site had them--a rare find. Now as far as fit problems, I have no worries.
