Received the size 23, but were too small, then received 23.5 within 3 days to Australia - WOW! Had them fitted by bootfitter who had this link. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TLzUQQGBJus Intuition liners are new and have footbed built in - and I don't need heaters any more. Great Service, sent back 23 boots and are very happy with your site.
