Very Good Light Hikers

Lafuma Active Trail Mesh GTX XCR Trail Running Shoes - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 October 8, 2007

I bought these shoes after reading a review of trail runner/dayhike shoes in Backpacker magazine (August 2007). They fit as comfortable as a sneaker, but have all attributes of a great hiking shoe. I wore them out of the box carrying a daypack on a strenuous circuit hike to Camel's Hump in Vermont. They are light, rugged and gripped the rocks well. At the end of the day my legs were tired but my feet were very happy.
