Comfy and Flattering

The North Face Seabright Dress - Women's

Rating for this product: 5 March 26, 2008

I ordered the anchorage green, in small. The color is deep, but not too dark - and the material is super soft but flowy and flattering. I am petite, but often wear mediums. I went for the small, since it is a dress, and I'm less endowed than some - and the fit was just right. The perfect summer dress.

UGLY!

Mountain Hardwear Shiba Pullover Jacket - Women's

Rating for this product: 2 January 29, 2008

Telle Tubby is an accurate description. Much too vibrant color (I ordered the red) mixed with telle tubby fabric mixed with very odd fit (small at chest, big at tummy). DO NOT BUY THIS PULLOVER!

Cute tank, but runs very small

Isis Scoop Back Star Sport Tank Top - Women's

The Tank is very cute and well made. But, it runs VERY small. I recommend ordering 2 sizes larger than normal.

GREAT top.

prAna Jackie Tank Top - Women's

Rating for this product: 5 January 2, 2008

This top is VERY flattering. I was worried about armpit fat due to the high neck, but it is nothing but flattering. It has a good built-in shelf bra - and moves well. I bought a size larger (M) than I normally do (S), and I think it fits perfectly. I love it!

Great sunglasses for VERY small or narrow faces.

Smith Vice Sunglasses

Rating for this product: 4 December 27, 2007

I have a very narrow face, and these fit me well in that regard - but, they are pretty short, so they let in a lot of light above my eyes. But, they are Smiths, so you can't beat the lenses.

Short Crotch

Mountain Hardwear Arroyo Capri Pant - Women's

Rating for this product: 3 November 19, 2007

The other reviews are right on. I bought a size larger than normal, size 6, of the black pair and the picante pair. The black pair was too short in the crotch, but the picante pair fit pretty well (still slightly smaller than I prefer). I was also under the impression that the utility pocket would have a zipper - but it does not (the back pockets have zippers, though). So, for climbing long routes, they are useless. But for hanging around the house and for cragging, they are nice enough.

Odd Fit

Cloudveil Inertia Peak Capri - Women's

Rating for this product: 3 November 5, 2007

I do not recommend these pants. For me, the pants are too big in the waist and too tight in the bum. The fabric also hangs/moves oddly - but, maybe that is because they don't fit. Buy a size larger than you normally buy.

Decent All Purpose Pants

Patagonia Simple Guide Pants- Women's

Rating for this product: 4 May 31, 2007

The pants are not exactly flattering, and for me, small in the booty, but they are good all purpose pants that can withstand long alpine climbs as well as desert chimneys. I love the elastic waist - no zipper, no drawstring!
