The North Face Plasma Thermal Jacket - Women's
May 21, 2008
Well, I got this as the season ended, expecting to have to put it away for the spring. However, we have had 30-40's here and rainy and I am so glad I had this jacket! This past winter, I found myself quite cold for anything more than racing out to the car or into work. I wanted something VERY warm, but that also could handle water. My "warm" coat was neither - even though it was a Patagonia micro-puff, it was too loose and not warm enough to really insulate without 3 layers under it and only shed water to a small degree. With this coat, I can go for a walk in the woods, in the snow or cold rain and stay toasty, dry and smiling!
