Excellent!

Outdoor Research Sun Runner Cap

Rating for this product: 5 5 days ago

This cap/hat is perfect for rafting on the river, hiking, and is lightweight, very comfortable, and blocks out all the sun off of your ears and neck. It's very versatile in that you can change up the neck flap depending on whether you want more or less coverage. Great on the water, dries fast, great for hiking for excellent sun protection. Highly recommended.

Arc'teryx Rampart Long Short - Women's

Rating for this product: 4 September 22, 2008

Love this short! Does NOT ride up, yet it's a lower rise, and is very comfortable as it has stretch. Great for hiking and climbing..very flatterting fit for a long short, too. Doesn't make you look manly. Sizing is true to fit as well

The North Face Vaporwick Minya V T-Shirt - Women's

Rating for this product: 2 August 26, 2007

Liked the idea of this shirt being super lightweight at first and how it was described; however, when I actually received it, it was so thin that it felt as if it was going to fall apart. A little rubbing from the pack and it would tear..a little too fragile for me

Excellent active top

Columbia Karma T-Shirt - Women's

Rating for this product: 5 July 26, 2007

This top was airy and the arm holes were large enough to air out your pits (no sweat!). Dried and wicked very well and has the added plus of the UPF sun protection. Great under a pack and flattering fit. Great colors, too. I went on a 10 mile day hike where I sweat a ton, and this top kept me dry and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Excellent active top

Helly Hansen Fire Technical T-Shirt - Short-Sleeve - Women's

Rating for this product: 4 July 26, 2007

This top not only fits well and complements the body, but is very comfortable, dries quickly and has excellent arm hole openings, so when you're sweating up a storm while hiking, your pits don't get nasty. Good air flow. Great under a pack as well. Swam in lakes with this shirt and it dried very quickly and did not stink after all that, either. An excellent choice.

The best active pant ever!

Mountain Hardwear Wander Pant - Women's

Rating for this product: 5 July 26, 2007

I have several pairs of this pant, and am bummed that Mountain Hardwear discontinued it. It was the best all-around pant there was out there. Thank goodness this site has some left!! I've used this pant for multiple sports...hiking, rock climbing, trekking, etc. It can handle it all. Durable fabric that is thicker than most but yet it moves with you as it has a stretch component, so you don't feel restricted at all reaching for that toe hold, etc. Kept me warm on winter climbs and to top it all off, has a very flattering fit. This is the best pant ever!

Excellent jacket

The North Face Sitril Insulated Ski Jacket - Women's

Rating for this product: 5 March 6, 2007

Excellent piece to shield from the elements. Great at keeping body warm in windy, wet conditions. Very comfortable and has ample pocket space. I would recommend this jacket to anyone who needs a jacket for harsh weather conditions. The only feature that was a bit of a nuisance was the Velcro all along the zipper snagging my layers and helmet strap.

Great quality

The North Face Momentum Shirt - Women's

Rating for this product: 5 January 12, 2007

This fleece serves a dual purpose, which is ideal for varying weather conditions. I wore it as a base layer on a super-cold day, and it kept me warmer than a Hot Chilly's base layer. I also used it as a 2nd layer underneath a Hot Chilly's base, and the combo of the two was phenomenal. Lightweight without the bulk.
