These wrist guards have zero support and do not restrict wrist movement at all. They are completely worthless.

I have the Burton Syncro bindings, which they don’t make anymore and these cap straps fit perfectly. Super easy to install, no pressure on my toes anymore and they stay secure all day. They keep my heel locked in so much I could probably ride the mountain with out my ankle strap. I will never buy another binding with out a cap strap.

Pros- You can’t loose the tool pieces because they are all securely fastened. Small and fits nice in your pocket. Cons- It’s too small, hard to get a good grip and pressure. The tool pieces move around. It’s extremely hard to use with gloves on. The first time I used the tool to adjust my bindings I ripped the crap out of my knuckles. I would defiantly buy a more traditional style of tool.
