Just climbed Mt Kilimanjaro (KIBO) with these shoes. They were good to excellent overall. My toes were a bit cold at the top of the mountain (25-30F) but warmed up as long as I kept moving. Lost my big toenail on the way down but that was my fault. I should have gotten a half-size larger. Also used them for training running up and down Lake Michigan sand dune trails, no problems. Very lightweight shoes.
