Mountainsmith Parallax Camera Backpack - 1709cu in

You can bring everything you need—camera bodies, lenses, tripod, and fill flash—to capture incredible images in the 1,709-cubic-inch Mountainsmith Parallax Camera Backpack. This narrow-profile pack has a removable storm cover for when the weather turns. Access the padded, fleece-lined interior through the back panel, where you'll find adjustable dividers that you can use to securely encase your camera gear. Tuck-away tripod straps on the side and a removable pouch for film or memory cards on the waist-belt allow you to keep your gear accessible, so you can snap that shot of the moose grazing before he notices you. One of the two front pockets on the Mountainsmith Parallax includes a laptop sleeve so you can download images to your Mac while you're in the field. Stash your water bottles in the mesh pockets and stay hydrated for your full day of shooting.

Bottom Line: Carry the gear you need to get the pictures you want with the Mountainsmith Parallax.

Parallax camera backpack rocks!

I'm a bag collector - meaning most of the bags I buy I don't really like - they just sit in my closet. I bought a second Parallax because I like it so much. The camera gear access is from the back - that means less chance of getting ripped off in the city and since you set the other side down in the mud your clothes have a better chance of staying dry. It's smaller than some bags so that means a better chance of using it as a carry-on when flying. Also the laptop is not right against your back like some bags which means less chance of stress on the screen. And... it's less expensive than many other options. Get one (or two) you'll love it!
