I have long arms (38") and this jacket in a XL fits me perfectly. The outer shell is very stiff and noisy, (although I hear if you wash it, it will get better). The coat cleans up nicely, mud just brushes off. The inside collar is very soft and keeps your neck warm. As noted in other reviews the sleeves have little insulation vs the body area. I didn't find any problem with the quality of the zippers as noted in other reviews. Very deep pockets but located in a strange place (enter the side and goes down over your stomach).
