First of all, always set-up and check out new gear before you head out. Secondly, read the product description on the box if you didn't research the gear before going to the store or ordering it. I've yet to see one of these kitchen sets that came with the gear. They are designed to be an accessory to the cooking gear that you already have. They give you an independent workspace (usually for longer trips) so that you don't use up picnic table space. I would love to upgrade my basic cook station to one of these if I could find them in stock anywhere.
