...but the inner dial hangs up on the pivot, leaving a 3-5 degree variance when trying to fine tune your course. Rarely consistent platform, but the long straight edge is a great idea for map work and I like the see through plate on the sighting side. This allows for a both eyes on target when working at greater distances. Overall, nice idea, but not so hot execution.
