B+ but get a big size

By Ranked #269 - Women's Performance Tights October 17, 2008

I love the effect of the pants, but the sizing seems very wrong to me. On the chart, I clearly fall into the "small" category, but I ordered "medium" just to be safe since I have long legs. Unfortunately, the pants are STILL too small. The length from the knee to the crotch is just too short, so at the beginning of every run, I find myself pulling the material up (at the thigh) over and over because the pants slide downward toward my knees. As I sweat a little, the pants stop sliding down me leg. But be aware before you pull that (nearly) $100 price tag off the pants that you may want to try them on and then return them for a larger size.

I think this means they are too big for you, not too small. I was between a small and a medium on the chart so got a medium and they were constantly tugging downward and annoying me. Then I went to a running store (instead of ordering online) and the guy there told me I was actually a small. He was right. When I downsized, they stopped sliding down. They are supposed to be so tight they won't move at all on you. If they slide, they are too big. I am 5'8 and 135 lbs.
