Great For Backpacking

Ranked #747 - 3-Season Tents
October 8, 2008
We bought this tent this summer ('08) as the "Lightpath 3 Tent 3-Person 3-Season" was just a little bit too heavy for some of the backpacking trips we go on. We've used it 2 or 3 times back country and have been very pleased with it. Easy set up & take down with a spacious vestibule that holds two backpacks, stove, shoes, poles and other goods quite easily. This tent has been through some pretty windy days here in Southern Montana and it's brother the lightpath 3, essentially the same tent only bigger, went through a pretty bad storm with torrential rain without incident.
