Nice Fit, Warm, Collar too thick

I like this jacket a lot. I am 5'10", 155lb, and small fits perfectly, without any excess fabric (TNF runs large). It is quite warm, very supple, and the full zip is nice. There are, however, two things I dislike. First, when wearing a pack, the hand pockets are rendered useless because the hipbelt covers them. This could be solved with the addition of a napolean pocket. Secondly, the other (minor) gripe is that collar is rather thick, and while this is comfortable when wearing the jacket solo, it does not make for great layering with other jackets. It seems TNF, as well as other less-than-top-of-the-line fleece jacket manufactures, like to double up the fabric on the collar. I am not quite sure why they do this, but makes layering slightly difficult.
