I just returned from a week long backpacking trip and this vest performed like a champ. It's nearly weightless, but provides instant warmth when donned over a t-shirt. My favorite use for it was putting it on right after a swim in a chilly lake. I love the deep zipperless pockets, inside and out. As for sizing, my bust is 36, I ordered a large, and it fits perfectly.
