Bodacious Bindings Bumping Bunk Ratchets
By The Tig
September 30, 2008
So these bindings are great. They're responsive, comfortable, adjustable; They come with this soviet steez styling; The convertible toe cap is sweeeeet. All in all a great binding right? Right. But then you get to the ratchets. Putting them on is great. Insert, crank, apply innuendo and move along down the hill. But then you get the base of the mountain and you stand looking like a fool as you work your ass off for five minutes trying to get them to release. It's not just cause it's cold either. They're just ghetto ratchets. I mean ghetto if you like getting in and out. They're sick if you don't want them to release, ever... I mean like ever. Also: They lack the awesomeness of last year's metallic red. Still a great binding. You just can't get out of them.
