Ranked #1841 - Men's Rain Jackets
November 15, 2004
This is me again. Well this product isn't nearly as bad as I thought it was, as I soon found out in a 3 hour rain splurge in John Bryan State Park.
Pros: Waterproofness, Detailing-Amazing, Vents all the way to elbows, Perfecto Fit, Tough as Dirt, This is an alpine oriented shell (ULTRA LIGHT ALPINE SHELL 15OZ), It will do everything! Snow Sports and Backpacking, lots of features.. lots, Plus it's a Patagonia!!!
Cons-
Price- It's not that bad at all for a alpine shell but the only thing standing in its way is two words- Marmot Oracle
Brim- Not that bad, but it seems kind of weak.
No Stretch Panels- well, no stretch panels.
Conclusion- Great shell, but if I could go back I might seriously consider the Marmot Oracle.
I give it a 4 1/2 Stars.
