I ordered this jacket from Backcountry, and only received the fleece liner. It was the last one so there was no chance of getting the issue resolved. The return experience was great if that counts for something. I found the jacket elsewhere, and while it hasn't been cold enough to test yet, it seems like I will be pleased.
