I bought this hoody as a gift for my sister-in-law. She wears a medium, but this hoody was way too small for her. Had to return it. She's not a big woman, either--5' 6"ish, thin build, medium-large bust. So, I'd recommend sizing up. Otherwise, it's a fine hoody.

I also bought this hoodie for for sister in law as a Christmas gift. I bought her a large, which is her normal sizing, but it is also too small. I have one as well and would recommend buying one (super comfy!) but sizing up.
