When the Denali Jacket is too much...

Ranked #65 - Men's Fleece Jackets

Was looking for a light fleece jacket to use with the North Face Venture jacket, after finding that the NF Denali was just too heavy, and the NF Windwall too warm. After looking at a number of commercial offerings, I pick this Khumbu. It a bit leaner and lighter, so it matches my intended use pretty well- 45F-55F, under a Venture jacket, with wind and rain. By it itself, it is a rather nice jacket for outdoor activities at 50F.

I have the exact same combination. This fleece and the venture shell will keep you toasty anywhere above 30F. The only down side I see is that the fleece is rather bulky. Not very good for backpacking.

bandsrowla, you're a virgo, aren't you? Fleece collects stuff. You're going to have to be less OCD about it, and maybe invest in a nice lint roller.
