I've used the cook system once now on a two-day backpacking trip. It worked great. Lightweight and packs itself up cleverly. They advertise fitting a fuel canister and backpacking stove inside. This works for canisters less than 220 grams and stove like the MSR Pocket Rocket.
All in all a great product.
