Size runs slightly large. I am 5-10, 175 lbs and wear a medium. Great fit. Great stretch. Great abrasion resistance. Great for cool weather rock climbing or mtn biking. I have two. My experience?- from Russia to Peru, Broad Peak to Mt Kenya, El Cap to Lotus Flower Tower... 45 years of alpinism, marathons, and a few epics. Every piece of gear is better for some things, and worse for others, but for actual outdoor cool weather use- this is truly a classic.
