"Shifts" - Review of Shimano America XT Shadow Rear Derailleur

My last derailleur broke in two on a flat, smooth trail. Got this one as a replacement, and suddenly my shifting became much smoother. Should have broken the old derailleur earlier... The third adjustment screw is nice.
