Hmm, I dunno.
Nice to have clean water but this thing is finicky.
Clogs REALLY EASILY; then you have to take it apart and clean the filter with dirty water, and try to get it all back together-pain in the A.
Mine only pumped a gallon or two before clogging
My most enduring memory of this filter is being swarmed and attacked by mosquitos while I filled water bottles at a VERY slow dribble while my companions ran off screaming. Literally hundreds of bites before filling three bottles.
Iodine is cheaper, lighter, and you can put in a tablet and run!
