"Runs SMALL" - Review of The North Face TKA 100 Glacier 1/4 Zip Fleece Top - Long-Sleeve - Women's

I ordered this to be fitted, but not constricting, I am normally a small and I ordered a medium - it is very snug - uncomfortably so and is not as long as I would like for wearing with low rise jeans and such. I might order the size up.
