I've only used the Futura 28 a few times, but it's easy for me to say, this is probably the most comfortable pack I've owned.
I use the Futura 28 for trail rides, the suspension system is on par with the best. I've loaded it up with more stuff than anyone should carry on a bike, the suspension system works like a charm.
This suspension system works so good, it's probably the only bad thing I can think of:>). I say that because it's too easy to carry too much gear.
All kidding aside, it's a great pack, well worth the investment. Absolutely, no sore shoulders or trouble distributing the weight; just fill it up go.
