Size seems to be mostly true with the sleeves being slightly too long for my arms..no big deal. Quality is good and it should be adequately warm for cool conditions or under an outer shell in colder climes. the only thing I don't like is that the polyester material won't feel good next to bare skin...I recommend a long sleeved t-shirt underneath.
