"Good Stuff" - Review of GU Energy Gel - 24 Pack

Espresso Love tastes great and goes down easy, it is the only flavor I've tried. Tough packaging so they don't break in you pack. I leave about a dozen in my backpack all the time in case I get stuck somewhere and carry 6 per day for use. They are great for mountain biking, skiing and motorcycle riding in the desert, 1 per hour during activite riding/skiing.
