Ranked #1391 - Men's Trail Run Shoes
August 30, 2008
I hiked Half Dome in July in a pair of Nike trail runners My feet were dead and ended up rolling my ankle. When I got home I iced my ankle and ordered these shoes. A month later I was back on the trail and the Salomons made the difference. Great traction, light weight and comfortable. The Gore-Tex is a little warmer than say a vented shoe but having a waterproof shoe is worth the trade off. My friends all have Salomons and they all swear by them.
