"Awesome" - Review of Five Ten Impact 2 Low Mountain Bike Shoe - Men's

I have the original version of these shoes, the all-black kind. I can't attest to the newer model, but I absolutely love the shoes I have. Everything is well thought out. The shoes fit true to size and it's like they were actually designed for mountain biking, with thick, short laces, a one sided tongue, a sturdy toecap, and a firm sole. Plus, the stealth rubber is insane. It grips almost too well, and you need to be careful putting your foot down on rocks if you're moving fast. Adjusting your foot on the pedal can be a challenge as well, but even with your foot hanging half off the pedal, the shoes pay off. Would buy again in a heartbeat.
