Not truly a system jacket

I'm looking for a system jacket for my 7 year old daughter and tried this and the Burton jacket (which I also reviewed) and sent both back. The quality of this jacket was better than the Burton; however, the North Face fleece lining does not zip into the shell. A true system jacket should have a zip-in lining and snaps at the cuff to keep the lining from pulling out of the sleeves. This is really nothing more than a shell layered over a fleece coat.
