"Northwave Aerlite 3" - Review of Northwave Bike Aerlite 3 Carbon Sole Cycling Shoe - Men's

First time user of a carbon soled shoe and I love them! Not only is the shoe very comfortable and breathes well, but the sole is rated at an 8.4 stiffness, which I feel is the perfect transition from a traditional soled shoe. Not too stiff, but stiff enough to notice the power transfer.
