Ranked #1690 - Women's Softshell Jackets

After purchasing what I thought was a high end piece of outdoor gear, a Cloudveil Serendipity jacket, within a week the tab to close the sleeve end came apart. I called Backcountry who said I needed to call Cloudveil. They gave me the wrong number but a recording gave me the right number. Cloudveil is said I had to send the jacket to a repair facility saying they know they had a bad batch and that it's not eligible to be replaced. So I called Backcountry back and told them what happened. Luckily they honored the "warranty" and I'll get a new jacket. All in all, I'm happy with Backcountry but won't buy anymore Cloudveil gear.
