Ranked #844 - Lightweight Sleep Pads
August 8, 2008
I had been using the Thermarest Ultralite (which rolls up to a very small size) for the past 7 years and have felt it never quite provided sufficient cushioning for a side sleeper such as myself. So i decided to upgrade to the Prolite4 as it does provide an extra half inch thickness. It did make a huge difference! It is very confortable even for a side sleeper. Furthermore, it rolls up to quite a small size. When put into the stuff sack, it is almost as small as the old Ultralite model. The quality is very good like all other Thermarest products. A great lightweight sleep pad.
