tastes pretty much like bacon and eggs. high sodium content though. like the cook in the pouch method, not crazy about the pouring off the exess water step, kind of messy and I don't like to draw critters if I dont have to. bag said serving for one, and it is very large portion for one and I'm a big eater, so if that's your objective, it's a plus. Bacon nice and crunchy.
