Did my order get confused with MCHammer's?

While I really like the breathable waterproof fabric and construction, I find there is just a but too much room in this pair of small sized pants. They appear to have a much straighter cut leg in the photo. Room to move won't be a problem on the hike with these balloon pants but I am concerned about rubbing because of the extra fabric. Maybe it's just me ... pass the carbs, please.
