It is a okay light, I wanted something very small but easy to operate strobe light for my daily jog. I normally wear around my arm - band stretches and feels okay. Very easy to operate while running. My complaint is the very weak lighting, I guess I should consider the size before complaining, but you really can't see it from a mile away. I think you should just wear an eLight for the same function, plus can be used as headlight.
