The North Face Arnuva 50 Trail Running Shoe is a good shoe for both trail and road running. I have ran on this shoe a handful of times on road and dirt, and it worked great on both. The deeper treads on the Arnuva help grip in the dirt and make it a stable run. I love that North Face added the side-adjusting feature ... allows you to tighten or loosen your shoes during a run as your feet swell. The North Face Arnuva 50 Trail Running Shoe runs large, so there is no need to size up for a roomy running shoe.
