"Below-average service, average bottle, high price" - Review of Sigg Lifestyle 0.6L Bottle - Screw Top

I ordered three of these bottles, and was sent only one that I requested. The other two were substitutes and nothing like I wanted. When I tried to get the right ones, they didn't have them anymore. What a hassle. Then they sent me a 15% off coupon to appease me, which they already include in orders anyway. This bottle is super-cute, but I wish it were a little more durable. It had a small scratch when I got it and dents easily. Water tastes great from this bottle, but since it isn't insulated, it gets warm relatively fast. However, it also cools down fast in the fridge or cooler.
